Our Process
When you partner with CTMB you get the benefits of our “All-Inclusive” approach for a simple, stress-free experience. Using modern technologies for communication and production, we plan, design, and implement efficiently so no time is wasted, and your project is built on schedule.
Complimentary Consultation
We come to your home or meet virtually to discuss your project in its entirety. The consultation takes 60-90 minutes depending on the project size. During this visit we:
- Listen to your ideas, gather preliminary measurements and gain a thorough understanding of your vision.
- Work together to come up with a realistic budget and timeline for your renovation.
- Answer any questions and offer suggestions based on what matters to you most.
Plan and Design
With the info gathered from our consultation, we put a plan in place. We dive deep and create an even clearer picture of what you would like done, and begin drafting a conceptual layout and design. At this stage expect to:
- Provide any inspirational images from resources such as Pinterest, Houzz, Instagram, Magazines, or real-life images to narrow down style, color, and feel of the space.
- Work together through the selection process and receive feedback on feasibility and recommendations that fit the budget and the application.
- Collaborate with the designers, specialty contractors, and anyone else involved in the project to ensure viability and understanding
Estimation, Proposal, Lift Off!
Once we have a final design in place, we compile all the information from everyone involved in the project to arrive at a firm price quotation and a preliminary work schedule. Here is where your dream becomes reality.
- Prior to work start, we work on getting your home set up and ready for your remodeling project.
- We go over expectations and important safety information.
- Also, we set you up with our online software to keep you in the loop and a part of the team.
Project Management
A project manager will be on-site and responsible for keeping the project running smoothly and on time. You will have concierge level service to ensure proper communication throughout the entire project.
- Should any questions or concerns arise, you will have direct access to the job supervisor.
- You will be updated via our management app so you know the status of the project in real time, every step of the way.
Project Debrief
Once complete, we walk through the space together. We go over any and all operations (appliances, switches, thermostats, etc) to ensure you understand the functionality of your new equipment.
